Job Requirements

1-2 years prior experience in a high-volume setting
Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification
Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information
Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
US work authorization

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a high-volume bartending setting
Food Handler certification
Responsible Beverage Service certification
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service
Ability to learn and present product, menu, and allergy information
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Serve beverages in an efficient, courteous manner
Demonstrate knowledge of all beverages including liquors and wines and proper cocktail-making techniques
Prepare coffee drinks for restaurant team
Perform light food running and carry warm or hot plates when applicable
Maintain cleanliness of bar area including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
