The Service Bartender role at OFCC is a crucial position within the food and beverage team, responsible for supporting bartenders and servers to ensure efficient and seamless bar operations. Job Requirements
- 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Part-time availability with flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability throughout golf season (May to September)
- Ability to work shifts beginning as early as 6:00 a.m. and ending as late as 2:00 a.m.
- Willingness to work overtime during busy periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Cash-handling experience
- Knowledge of essential food preparation and knife skills
- Fluent in written and conversational English
- Experienced computer user
Job Duties
- Help bartenders make and serve drinks quickly and accurately
- Prepare garnishes, fruits, syrups, and other bar essentials
- Keep the bar stocked with beverages, mixers, glassware, and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests at the bar
- Take drink orders and address guest inquiries
- Keep bar area, tables, and workstations clean and organized
- Work closely with servers and team members to ensure seamless service
