The Service Bartender role at Legends Global is a vital position within the Premium Service Department. This role involves providing exceptional guest service in dynamic environments such as bars, suites, in-seat service locations, or restaurants within event venues. The Service Bartender is responsible for delivering timely, efficient, and accurate beverage service, mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes, while strictly adhering to liquor control policies and company standards. This is a hands-on role that requires meticulous attention to workstation setup, ongoing maintenance, and cleanup, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and team members alike.
Beyond beverage preparation, Service Bartenders are accountable for adhering to product handling and inventory procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations including responsible alcohol service guided by TIPS training and the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy. The role requires multitasking in fast-paced, team-oriented settings and demands a high level of guest interaction, maintaining professionalism and hospitality etiquette at all times.
Candidates for this position should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred, and have two to three years of experience working in fast-paced bar environments, upscale clubs, or restaurants. Physical stamina is essential as the position involves lifting and transporting items up to 50 pounds, performing repetitive motions such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Additionally, candidates must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to team members
- responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and company policies
- set-up, maintain, and clean workstation
- ensure compliance with product handling and inventory policies
- serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with TIPS training and Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium
