Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Two to three years of related experience in fast paced bar or restaurant environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and transport moderate weight
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to perform job duties including standing for extended periods
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Must have two to three years working in fast paced bar, high end club, or restaurant
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to our team members
- Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls
- Set-up, ongoing maintenance and clean-up of workstation
- Accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following TIPS training and Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
