Among these roles, the Service Bartender position stands out as an essential part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in various prestigious environments, including bars, suites, in-seat areas, and restaurants. The Service Bartender position entails performing duties such as mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency in line with standard recipes and company liquor control policies. The role also emphasizes safety and compliance, requiring bartenders to serve responsibly by adhering to TIPS training and the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy. Beyond mixing drinks, bartenders contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of their workstations, ensure timely service of beverage orders, and undertake opening and closing responsibilities to uphold a high standard of service throughout events.
Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years of age and possess a foundational knowledge of food and beverage operations, guest relations, and service etiquette. They should thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and have the physical capability to lift moderate weights and work extended hours during events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred. Candidates must have a proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years in busy bars, upscale clubs, or restaurants, showcasing their ability to multitask and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Two to three years of related experience in fast paced bar or restaurant environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and transport moderate weight
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to perform job duties including standing for extended periods
- Effective communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team oriented setting
- Must be able to read, speak and write English to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to work all events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Must have two to three years working in fast paced bar, high end club, or restaurant
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service to our team members
- Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls
- Set-up, ongoing maintenance and clean-up of workstation
- Accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following TIPS training and Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
