Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience as a bartender
- ability to produce high volumes of drinks quickly and accurately
- strong understanding of classic cocktails and standard drink recipes
- ability to multitask and manage multiple server tickets
- physical stamina for long periods of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
- complete weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays

- 2-3 years of previous bartender experience
- strong knowledge of classic cocktails and restaurant-standard drink recipes
- ability to multitask and manage multiple server tickets simultaneously
- effective communication skills with servers, managers, and bar staff
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- mix and garnish drinks according to standard recipes and serve drinks in a timely manner
- fill ticket orders efficiently from server stations during high-volume service
- restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware in the service well
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized service station including cleaning tools and washing glassware
- ensure all drinks match POS tickets and meet quality standards
- prepare fruit, garnishes, and pre-mix juices and mixes before service
- communicate effectively with servers and bar staff
