The role of a Service Well Bartender at Chulita is specialized and essential to the smooth operation of the bar and overall guest experience. Unlike traditional bartenders who interact directly with customers, the Service Well Bartender works behind the scenes at a dedicated "service well" station, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages exclusively for cocktail servers. This position demands exceptional speed, accuracy, and efficiency as the bartender supports the front-of-house team by quickly fulfilling drink orders during high-volume service periods.

The Service Well Bartender is responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality. This role requires a deep understanding of classic cocktails and restaurant-standard drink recipes, as well as the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. The bartender will manage inventory and restock essential items such as liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware, ensuring the service well is always prepared for peak service times.

Attention to cleanliness and organization is paramount, with duties that include maintaining a sanitized service station, cleaning tools, and washing glassware. Preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, preparing garnishes, and pre-mixing juices or mixes before shifts are also integral to the job. Effective communication with servers, managers, and bar staff is necessary to maintain smooth and coordinated service.

This role requires working during the weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, as these are peak times for hospitality operations. Job Duties
