Job Duties

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers to improve their overall dining and drinking experience
Have strong knowledge of food and drink menu and all products that will be served
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Possess strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails a proper execution
Maintain a meticulously clean and well stocked bar
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Contribute to weekly prep work
Fulfill weekly cleaning requirements
