Job Requirements

- meet minimum legal age requirements for handling non-alcoholic beverages and bar supplies
- comply with all company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws

Job Duties
- contribute to outstanding guest service by ensuring the service bar is well-stocked and efficiently run
- inform the immediate supervisor of any supply shortages, equipment malfunctions, or other significant issues, and proactively suggest solutions
- provide timely and efficient support to the bartenders by preparing garnishes, stocking ice, and ensuring adequate supplies, helping to minimize wait times for guests and team members
- maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude while performing various job duties
- be attentive and responsive to the needs of the service bartenders
- assist bartenders with drink preparation by gathering ingredients and ensuring they have the necessary tools and supplies
- prepare and stock non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, and other bar necessities accurately and efficiently according to established standards
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service bar area, ensuring all items are readily available for the bartenders
- assist with inventory management by counting and restocking supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with all age verification policies and report any concerns to the bartender or manager
- support responsible alcohol service by ensuring the bartenders have the resources they need and reporting any potential issues
- assist departing guests by ensuring their service experience was positive and relaying any feedback to the bartender or manager
- inform the manager of any issues that may impact guest satisfaction or the efficiency of the bar service
- adhere to all company policies and procedures related to bar operations and safety
- assist in receiving and organizing bar deliveries
- clean and sanitize the service bar area, including equipment and surfaces, regularly
- work effectively with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the venue
- maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with all company team members to promote a positive and productive work environment
- must meet the minimum legal age requirement for handling non-alcoholic beverages and bar supplies in the relevant jurisdiction
