Job Requirements
- Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred but not necessary, auto industry a plus
- Appointment setting skills
- CRM skills a plus
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Self-motivator
- Bilingual Spanish major plus
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Driver's license required
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Sales experience 1 year preferred
- Customer service 1 year preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of sales experience preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively use CRM software a plus
- Appointment setting skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a major plus
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills
Job Duties
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails
- Assisting clients in making appointments for services
- Become knowledgeable about the Ford Motor Company portfolio of vehicles and programs
- Maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships with customers
- Coordinating with service team to ensure smooth customer experience
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints
