Job Requirements

  • Inbound and outbound phone call experience preferred but not necessary, auto industry a plus
  • Appointment setting skills
  • CRM skills a plus
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Self-motivator
  • Bilingual Spanish major plus
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
  • Driver's license required
  • High school or equivalent preferred
  • Sales experience 1 year preferred
  • Customer service 1 year preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of sales experience preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively use CRM software a plus
  • Appointment setting skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a major plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent follow-up skills

Job Duties

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails
  • Assisting clients in making appointments for services
  • Become knowledgeable about the Ford Motor Company portfolio of vehicles and programs
  • Maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships with customers
  • Coordinating with service team to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or complaints
