Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
- must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers license with insurance
- state Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
- preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in guest service capacity
- restaurant or retail environment preferred
- possess strong guest service and communication skills
- organized and detail oriented
- computer literate with proficiency in use of POS - Point of Sale systems
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must be proficient in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Job Duties
- Pulls and wraps bread
- prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
- stocks front of house
- prepares trays
- delivers food to guest
- cleans and maintains the dining room
- cleans and maintains the restrooms
- smiles and provides friendly service while handling guest requests and referring to the manager when necessary
- supports and promotes company initiatives
- maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
- checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties as required
- busses tables
- prepares food to specification and order request
- responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions when performing cashiering functions
- prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
