Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • must be able to complete CBC driver training and pass a motor vehicle record check according to CBC standards
  • must maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance now or when eligible to drive for CBC
  • state foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • preferably minimum of 3 months work experience in guest service capacity, restaurant or retail environment preferred
  • possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • organized and detail oriented
  • computer literate with proficiency in POS systems
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • must be proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, and pickles
  • stocks front-of-house (FOH) areas
  • prepares trays
  • delivers food to guests
  • cleans and maintains the dining room
  • cleans and maintains restrooms
  • smiles, engages warmly, and takes appropriate action for guest requests referring to manager when necessary
  • supports and promotes company initiatives
  • expediting food orders
  • performs cashier duties maintaining cash flow accuracy
  • operates dishwasher as needed
  • assists line cook with food preparation
  • maintains FOH displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • busses tables
  • prepares food to specifications and order requests
  • organizes food for delivery to guests
