Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
- must be able to complete CBC driver training and pass a motor vehicle record check according to CBC standards
- must maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance now or when eligible to drive for CBC
- state foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
- preferably minimum of 3 months work experience in guest service capacity, restaurant or retail environment preferred
- possess strong guest service and communication skills
- organized and detail oriented
- computer literate with proficiency in POS systems
- must be able to read, write and speak English
- must be proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties
- Pulls and wraps bread
- prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, and pickles
- stocks front-of-house (FOH) areas
- prepares trays
- delivers food to guests
- cleans and maintains the dining room
- cleans and maintains restrooms
- smiles, engages warmly, and takes appropriate action for guest requests referring to manager when necessary
- supports and promotes company initiatives
- expediting food orders
- performs cashier duties maintaining cash flow accuracy
- operates dishwasher as needed
- assists line cook with food preparation
- maintains FOH displays and condiment stations
- checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
- busses tables
- prepares food to specifications and order requests
- organizes food for delivery to guests
