Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
- Must be able to complete CBC driver training
- Must pass MVR according to CBC standards
- Must maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance (now or when eligible to drive for CBC)
- State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
- Preferably minimum of 3 months’ work experience in a guest service capacity
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Computer literate
- Proficient in use of POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Job Duties
- Pulls and wraps bread
- Prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
- Stocks front-of-house
- Prepares trays
- Delivers food to guests
- Cleans and maintains the dining room
- Cleans and maintains restrooms
- Smiles and maintains friendly demeanor
- Takes appropriate action to guest requests
- Refers to manager when necessary
- Supports and promotes company initiatives
- Maintains abundant front-of-house displays and condiment stations
- Checks bathrooms and completes additional cleaning duties
- Busses tables
- Prepares food to specification and order request
- Maintains accurate cash flow and financial integrity during cashiering functions
- Prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
