Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • Must be able to complete CBC driver training
  • Must pass MVR according to CBC standards
  • Must maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance (now or when eligible to drive for CBC)
  • State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • Preferably minimum of 3 months’ work experience in a guest service capacity
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in use of POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Proficient in basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • Prepares food including soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
  • Stocks front-of-house
  • Prepares trays
  • Delivers food to guests
  • Cleans and maintains the dining room
  • Cleans and maintains restrooms
  • Smiles and maintains friendly demeanor
  • Takes appropriate action to guest requests
  • Refers to manager when necessary
  • Supports and promotes company initiatives
  • Maintains abundant front-of-house displays and condiment stations
  • Checks bathrooms and completes additional cleaning duties
  • Busses tables
  • Prepares food to specification and order request
  • Maintains accurate cash flow and financial integrity during cashiering functions
  • Prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
