Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check according to CBC standards and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance
  • State Foodhandler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity
  • Possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Computer literate and proficient in use of POS systems
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be proficient in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • Prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles, etc.
  • Stocks front of house (FOH)
  • Prepares trays
  • Delivers food to guests
  • Cleans and maintains the dining room
  • Cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • Smiles, provides friendly service, takes appropriate action on guest requests and refers to manager when needed
  • Supports and promotes company initiatives
  • Maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
  • Checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • Busses tables
  • Prepares food to spec and order requests
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions when performing cashiering functions
  • Prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
