Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent or in pursuit of same
  • must be able to complete CBC driver training
  • pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) according to CBC standards
  • maintain valid driver's license with insurance
  • state food handler card or ServSafe certification as applicable
  • preferably minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity
  • possess strong guest service and communication skills
  • organized and detail oriented
  • computer literate and proficient in POS systems
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • must be proficient in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division

Job Duties

  • Pulls and wraps bread
  • prepares food such as soups, salads, desserts, beverages, wraps, pickles
  • stocks front of house (FOH)
  • prepares trays
  • delivers food to guests
  • cleans and maintains the dining room
  • cleans and maintains the restrooms
  • smiles and provides friendly service
  • takes appropriate actions for guest requests
  • refers to manager when needed
  • supports and promotes company initiatives
  • maintains abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
  • checks bathrooms and performs additional cleaning duties
  • busses tables
  • prepares food to specification and order requests
  • maintains accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions during cashiering
  • prepares and organizes food for delivery to guests
