Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must have TIPS certification or obtain within 30 days
- Current Food Handlers card required
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Clear communication skills in English
- Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to adhere to service and quality standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables using a tray service
- Prep dining area for service
- Take used plates, utensils, and drinkware to dishwasher area
- Handle problem solving and special requests
- Provide highest quality of service to customers
- Arrange dining room to cater to guest numbers
- Work as a team in a fast-paced five star environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant
- Set up trash cans, soda, plates, utensils, and to-go containers at start of shift
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas including china and glass throughout the day
- Set up heat lamps or umbrellas per guest request
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Communicate with clear and professional language
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to service standards
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company and Forbes standards
- Run food and bus tables
- Anticipate and address guest service needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Move and place objects up to 20 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by servers and supervisors
