The role of Busser at Snowpine Lodge is a vital position within the dining service team, designed for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, energetic environment. In this role, the Busser helps maintain a pristine and inviting dining area by assisting servers in setting up tables, clearing and resetting them efficiently, and replenishing necessary items such as water glasses and bread baskets. Communication and teamwork are crucial as the Busser interacts with different service team members to ensure smooth operations and quick response to guest needs. Beyond maintaining cleanliness, the Busser also supports food delivery by carrying trays to appropriate tables and responds promptly to guest requests, enhancing the overall dining experience. Job Duties

Assist servers in setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring guests have a comfortable and tidy environment
Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations
Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
