Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and learn new products quickly
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging with travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing traveler inquiries
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of CLEAR products and services
  • Provide clear and effective communication about CLEAR’s offerings to potential customers
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold CLEAR’s brand values at all times
