Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with security protocols

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging travelers and converting interactions into enrollments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive engagement and sales techniques
  • Adapt to learning and selling various products and services based on customer needs
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives
