Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to engage and connect with diverse customer groups
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging with travelers and pitching CLEAR services
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for members and potential customers
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques
  • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and selling a variety of products and services
  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to travel needs
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
