Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including a drug test
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with travelers and potential members

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by engaging travelers and pitching CLEAR's benefits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences for members and potential customers
  • Follow all security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by learning and selling multiple products and services
  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and airport regulations
