Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility with ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Completion of airport badging and government screening process including drug test
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Drive membership sales by actively engaging travelers and converting interactions into memberships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive experiences and addressing inquiries
  • Follow security protocols including verifying airline documents and traveler identification
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and selling various products
  • Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
  • Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
