Job Requirements

- Valid driver's license from a USA state
- One year automatic driving experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity
- Availability to work every weekend, holidays, and rotating shifts

- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating hours
- Bilingual skills preferred
- One year cashier experience preferred
- One year standard driving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide round-trip transportation for scheduled outpatient medical appointments
- Record all cash and coupon transactions for parking fees
- Assist visitors, patients, and employees with vehicle or garage related issues
- Provide valet parking services in a safe and orderly manner
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions
- Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously
- Drive guest vehicles to designated parking areas and return them for pick-up
- Operate vehicles in adherence to New Jersey motor vehicle laws
- Assist guests with wheelchairs and vehicle entry/exit
- Ensure vehicles are returned in the same condition as received
- Maintain staging areas clear and manage traffic flow
- Direct emergency vehicles and manage traffic control during emergencies
- Investigate and report accidents within parking areas
- Notify security and supervisors of accidents
- Transport outpatients between home and medical departments
- Complete daily patient pick-up and fuel logs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct necessary repairs and maintenance
- Process revenue and non-revenue traffic exiting parking garages
- Coordinate traffic flow at key intersections and pedestrian walkways
- Monitor and troubleshoot parking equipment malfunctions
- Verify garage cash deposits and enforce cash/coupon procedures
- Collect and coordinate wheelchairs availability
- Clean workstations and surrounding areas regularly
- Complete risk reports for unusual events
- Provide customer service tailored to patient needs
- Complete all shift procedures and submit to management
- Adhere to organizational competencies
