  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Computer competency and basic math skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a service advisor is a plus but not required
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
  • Manage service orders and flow of Drive Lane
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service
  • Check on progress of repair throughout the day
  • Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time
  • Explain cost and time requirements in detail
  • Get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
  • Distribute work between technicians according to store policy
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Maintain good working relationships to foster positive employee relations
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards
  • Other duties as assigned
