Job Duties

  • Professionally greet customers when they enter the building
  • answer phones and direct calls professionally for Service and Rental Departments
  • cashier for Service Department
  • submit warranties
  • schedule services for the Service side
  • invoice commercial clients
  • manage the vehicle rental department
  • schedule rentals
  • train rental clients on the use of adaptive equipment
  • prepare contracts and invoices
  • prepare and file all related paperwork monthly
  • manage vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs for the rental fleet
  • coordinate service valet pick-up and delivery and service rental units
