Job Description

MobilityWorks is currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who appreciate a great work-life balance, offering regular business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no late nights or weekend shifts. The Service Administrator plays an essential part in the daily operations of the business, primarily focusing on customer interaction and administrative support within the Service and Rental Departments.

In this position, the Service Administrator will professionally greet customers as they enter the building, provide exceptional customer service, and manage multiple administrative duties such as answering and directing calls, cashier responsibilities, submitting warranties, and scheduling services. In addition, the role involves invoicing commercial clients and overseeing the vehicle rental department, which includes scheduling rentals, training clients on adaptive equipment, preparing contracts, and managing paperwork. The position also requires coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs for the rental fleet, alongside organizing valet pick-ups and deliveries.
