Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior restaurant or serving experience preferred
availability to work part-time or full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
willingness to learn and adapt quickly
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

One to three years of server experience preferred
knowledge of wine and cocktails preferred but not required
experience with POS systems preferred but not required
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work flexible day and night shifts
positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
provide detailed menu guidance and recommendations
deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
process payments accurately using the POS system
maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas and workstations
