The benefits package also covers health, dental, vision, and life insurance policies, along with a retirement savings plan featuring a 401(k) employer match to support long-term financial security. For U.S.-based communities, tuition reimbursement is also available, underscoring Atria's commitment to employee growth and education. The company fosters an inclusive culture, ensuring equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
