Atria is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Servers on a part-time basis. This role is vital to enhancing the dining experience of residents by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting a friendly atmosphere. The position offers a salary range from $16.00 to $19.20 per hour, depending on prior experience and work history. - ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set and clear tables
- take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
- review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
- assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
- create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents
- clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
