This is a part-time position with hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $20.28, dependent on prior work history and experience. The role offered is that of a Server within one of our senior living communities. This position is integral to ensuring that our residents receive outstanding dining service in a supportive and caring environment. The server’s responsibilities go beyond just serving meals; it includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, and assisting new residents in becoming acquainted with the dining options. Servers also help in meal preparation, delivery, and cleaning up after meals, special banquets, and events. The role requires a dedication to excellent customer service and teamwork within a dynamic and compassionate team. While no prior experience is necessary, on-the-job training is provided and paid, allowing those new to the role to build their skills effectively.
