Atria Senior Living is currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Server in their communities. This is a part-time role ideal for those who enjoy working in a team-oriented setting and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Servers play a vital part in the daily dining experience for residents, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and helping newcomers feel comfortable with the dining options available. The wage for this position ranges from $16.00 per hour to $19.20 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

The role involves a variety of responsibilities including setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, assisting with meal preparation and delivery, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. Server team members collaborate closely with colleagues to foster teamwork and build positive relationships with residents, enhancing their overall living experience. Importantly, this is an entry-level position that does not require prior experience, as on-the-job training is provided, allowing employees to earn while they learn and advance within the company.
