The role of a Server at Atria is integral to ensuring residents receive exceptional dining service and an inviting atmosphere that promotes community and comfort. This position involves setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders from residents, and delivering meals with attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Servers at Atria engage directly with residents to review menus, assist new residents in becoming familiar with dining procedures, and contribute to a welcoming and respectful dining environment. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Set and clear tables
  • take residents dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
  • review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
  • assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
  • create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents
  • clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
