Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to provide excellent customer service
capability to stand and walk for extended periods
availability to work part-time shifts
willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
ability to communicate effectively with senior residents
physical ability to perform cleaning and light lifting tasks

Job Qualifications

ability to learn and complete on-the-job training
excellent communication skills
friendly and patient demeanor
ability to work well within a team

Job Duties

Set and clear tables
take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents
clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
