Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and walking for long periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to interact warmly and respectfully with senior residents
No prior experience needed as on-the-job training is provided

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties

Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service
Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents
Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room
