Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
willingness to undergo on-the-job training
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
strong interpersonal skills
must be able to lift and carry moderate weights
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

No prior experience needed
ability to provide excellent customer service
willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training
effective communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation recommended

Job Duties

Set and clear tables
take residents' dining orders
provide the highest level of customer service
review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events
create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues
clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and dining equipment
