Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work late night shifts potentially between 12 AM to 3 AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol awareness certification required
- Food handling certificate a plus
- Fluent in English able to speak read and write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers

Job Duties

- follow all image and appearance standards
- promptly and courteously greet guests
- guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- confidently describe and sell all items on the menu
- deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain guest engagement
- close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting back
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean environment
- practice teamwork and support front and back of house priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow direction of managers on duty
- support and follow all marketing initiatives
