Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine dining, preferably in a Michelin-star or luxury hospitality environment
comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
familiarity with health and safety regulations
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
physically able to perform demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

familiarity with health and safety regulations related to high-end dining service
ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks as needed

Job Duties

Provide world-class table service in line with the club's fine dining standards
anticipate and accommodate the needs of guests, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience
take orders, deliver food and beverages and maintain an inviting interaction with guests
possess thorough knowledge of menu items, including preparation, ingredients, and special dietary options
ensure prompt and accurate food delivery, collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations
maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the dining area and assigned stations, including setting up and breaking down tables
accurately manage orders using the POS system and process payments following club policies
