Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work late night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 3AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol awareness certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) required
- Food handling certificate a plus
- Fluent in English
- Able to speak, read, write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Job Duties
- Live and embrace American Social vision and core values
- Report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- Follow all image and appearance standards
- Have a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
- Promptly and courteously greet guests
- Guide guests through beverage and food ordering process while making specific suggestions
- Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
- Close guest experience by collecting payment and inviting back
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests
- Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- Work cohesively with all team members
- Be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- Work well under pressure
- Follow the direction of the managers on duty
- Support and follow all marketing initiatives
