Job Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food server is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and desire to exceed guest expectations
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus
- Assist in answering questions about menu and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Input orders into POS system ensuring accuracy
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check order accuracy
- Clear tables and reset promptly
- Encourage guests to explore menu options and upsell
- Process payments accurately and thank guests
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members for smooth service
