Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and nights
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for order processing and transaction handling
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and prompt manner
Present menus and provide detailed information on specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Deliver orders to tables with professionalism and attention to detail
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
