Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction

Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Ability to commute to Phoenix, AZ 85004
Ability to relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85004 before starting work

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong math skills for order processing
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
Assist with bussing tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to provide informed service
