Job Requirements

- Proven experience in food and beverage service in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Server Lead, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest needs promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage server staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in community events and initiatives, supporting our commitment to community-driven sports passion
