Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
must have previous serving or restaurant experience
must have a friendly and outgoing personality
must communicate effectively
must be clean and organized
must get along with other team members
must be available to work nights and weekends
must possess RBS certificate
must possess CA food handler certificate

Job Qualifications

prior serving or bartending experience preferred
knowledge of food and beverage menu items
ability to suggest and upsell items
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

Have fun with the guests and establish a regular guest rapport
make suggestions for drink and food using salesmanship to educate guests and increase check averages
take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly
remove dirty or empty plates and glasses promptly
present checks to guests and collect payment in a timely manner
ensure that all food and beverages served meet standards of quality and freshness
maintain thorough knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus
prepare tables and bowling areas for new guests in a timely manner
maintain general cleanliness of bowling and concourse areas
assist guests with bowling scoring system as needed
ID guests for legal age verification in conjunction with alcohol purchases
handle money and make change quickly and accurately
secure payment for all purchases
promote the bowling center and entertainment options
keep side stations clean, organized, and stocked during shifts
report any safety issues to management immediately
complete all assigned side work and special cleaning assignments
adhere to all policies set forth in team member handbook
