Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service by interacting promptly, courteously, and professionally with guests
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
Offer knowledgeable recommendations about the beer, wine, and liquor menu
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with tact and professionalism
Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
