One of their signature establishments, The Patterson Restaurant & Bar at Hotel Hartness, is actively seeking professional, friendly, and fast-paced Servers and Bartenders to join their Food and Beverage Front of House team. This role involves greeting, directing, seating, and serving guests in alignment with company service standards. Candidates are expected to be knowledgeable about all beverage options and make informed recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall experience.

The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a high-volume setting, crafting, mixing, and pouring beverages to exact specifications. Team members will also be engaged in maintaining cleanliness of work areas, efficiently completing side work, and assisting with cash reconciliation and POS transactions at the end of shifts. Additionally, Servers and Bartenders will have responsibilities to assist with customer concerns, communicate issues to supervisors, and even assume managerial duties after hours.

This role is not only about service but also about growth. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Director to assist in cocktail development and contribute to beverage menu improvements. There is a strong emphasis on ongoing education about beverage offerings, ensuring all staff are well-versed in wine, beer, and liquor service policies.
