Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dining room or restaurant service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- knowledge of fine dining service standards
- basic math skills for billing accuracy
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Take orders from residents and guests
- provide table service in community dining rooms
- answer questions about menu items and dietary options
- set tables and maintain workstation cleanliness
- clear dishes before, during, and after meal service
- assist with dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes
- ensure upgraded orders are billed correctly to resident accounts
