Job Requirements

  • must have at least one year of restaurant experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must hold ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification
  • able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • must be dependable and reliable
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year restaurant experience
  • pleasant and polite manner with a neat appearance
  • good communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • practical experience combined with ambition to succeed
  • basic computer knowledge including MS Word and Excel
  • familiarity with Point of Sale systems
  • valid ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification
  • eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • manage guest interactions and provide excellent customer service
  • take accurate food and beverage orders
  • operate cash register and handle cash drawer responsibilities
  • deliver food to tables promptly
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of FOH areas
  • assist with food production or service during peak times
  • respond to guest questions and resolve issues
