Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally eligible to work in the united states
- availability to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends and evenings
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- good communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- no prior serving experience required as comprehensive training is provided
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt through training
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables and service stations
- process payments and handle cash accurately
- participate in training sessions and follow established service procedures
- promote restaurant specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
