Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to legally work in the united states
- available to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends
- reliable and punctual
- willing to learn and participate in training programs
- physically able to perform tasks required of a server
- able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- friendly and outgoing personality
- previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during shifts
- basic math skills for handling transactions and tips
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and workstations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- participate in training and development programs to improve service skills
