Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Comfortable being on feet for most of the day
- Must be able to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts
- Legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, popular environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to the visit
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and fun environment
