Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years of age or older at the time of applying
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service
- Ability to use POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS
- Experience serving alcohol responsibly in licensed venues
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in casual dining, banquet, or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment is strongly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and order calculations
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including exclusive offerings, wine pairings, and beverage options to assist guests effectively
- Uphold food safety and food handling standards in compliance with health regulations
- Support catering, banquet service, or night life operations as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
