Job Requirements

  • Be at least 19 years of age or older at the time of applying
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service
  • Ability to use POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS
  • Experience serving alcohol responsibly in licensed venues
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in casual dining, banquet, or nightclub settings
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, or Micros POS is advantageous
  • Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment is strongly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest needs
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and order calculations

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including exclusive offerings, wine pairings, and beverage options to assist guests effectively
  • Uphold food safety and food handling standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Support catering, banquet service, or night life operations as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
