The Server role at Red Robin offers a unique opportunity to be part of the Front of House service team, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Servers are responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, efficiently serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. Servers at Red Robin receive a base pay rate of $15.05 per hour plus tips, presenting great earning potential.
