Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant
  • Commitment to creating amazing and memorable guest experiences
  • Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation
  • Knowledge of menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
  • Ability to address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positive outcomes
  • Understand restaurant technologies including POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules
  • Have a flexible schedule and open availability

  • Use POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules to manage orders and schedules accurately
  • Address and resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment
  • Support flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of the restaurant and guests
